Ice Fishing Cake

This is a chocolate birthday cake for an enthusiastic ice fisherman decorated with buttercream. The top of the cake has edible glitter "snow".

Summer Cupcakes

Banana Split Cupcakes- Banana flavored cupcakes, filled with banana cream. Topped with white buttercream frosting and decorated with a cherry, peanuts, and chocolate ganache.

Pink Lemonade Cupcakes- Pink lemon-flavored cupcakes, filled with lemon curd, topped with pink lemon-flavored buttercream frosting and decorated with a straw.

Chocolate Strawberry Cupcakes- My boyfriend's favorite. :) Chocolate cupcakes filled with strawberry filling, topped with strawberry-flavored buttercream frosting and garnished with strawberry sprinkles.

Lemonade Cupcakes- Lemon-flavored cupcakes filled with lemon curd. Topped with white buttercream and garnished with a lemon slice and straw.

All four summer-themed cupcakes were displayed on a five-tier cupcake tree for guests to admire and choose from.

Easter Basket Cake

This yellow cake with buttercream frosting and gumpaste flowers was meant to mimic an Easter basket. Jellybean eggs are in a bed of buttercream "grass".

It also had accompanying "baby basket" chocolate and yellow cupcakes in brown cups with milk chocolate Easter eggs on a bed of buttercream "grass".

Two Tier Cake

This two-tier cake was red velvet on top and chocolate on bottom with butter cream icing and royal icing flowers.

Spring Cake

This is a strawberry cake with buttercream frosting and royal icing flowers. The birds were done with color flow.

Baby Shower Cake

This is a half chocolate/half white cake with buttercream icing done for a close friend's baby shower. She was decorating baby's room in a jungle theme.
